Price Guarantee
Some of our product promotions feature a price guarantee. Where this is offered, any comparison with third party offers must feature identical equipment and must benefit from the same service conditions that we offer. We will match prices provided the competitor is not closing down and the offer is open to all.
If a competitor is running a very short promotion, we may not have time to lower our price but we will still refund the difference.
If you buy an installation from The Energy Conservation Group and then see the same installation offered for less by any UK competitor, simply notify The Energy Conservation Group. We’ll note all the information, check the competitor’s price and service conditions, and refund the difference if appropriate.
At The Energy Conservation Group we are committed to delivering good value at a fair price. Our price commitment helps to ensure that you feel confident that you are paying the best price without having to check yourself.
However, good value is more than just a fair price. It is about quality too. We install only high quality equipment in our systems
After sales service
Our service does not stop once we have installed your system. We are committed to after sales service during the warranty period and beyond.
Terms and conditions
1. Competitors’ products must be identical in terms of make, model, size and output.
2. Competitors’ products must match our service conditions and
a. price on the same basis for supply and fit; and
b. have equivalent installation timescales and stock availability (i.e. they are able to install on the same time basis we are)
3. Competitors’ offers must have identical products and be under the same promotional terms as those offered by The Energy Conservation Group.
